A Little More Detail:
In 2013, I started the company Important Little Games to do educational game design and development for hire, and to build the award-winning learn-to-code game Codemancer.
Recently, I co-wrote a book of solo pencil-and-paper game design exercises called “The Game Designer’s Workbook”. In the past, I’ve blogged a bit about game design at Game Developer Magazine.
I co-founded Dibs Toys to design and license physical toys and games, along with my longtime friend Ryan Olsen.
I was also a co-founder of Bit Bash, Chicago’s festival of interactive arts.
